How to place your order made easy.

Save money and time by placing your order on-line using your own artwork.

Before you place your order, make sure you have your artwork ready.

  1. Templates can be downloaded from the Template Page.
  2. Open these in your design program (Illustrator, Photoshop, Coral Draw, etc).
  3. Our templates are full size, so uploading a Jpeg file of same size will only require resolution of 160dpi.
  4. Load your design to the template and make sure that it is print ready.
  5. Save to a folder on your computer.

Here is your artwork checklist:

  1. Artwork is C.M.Y.K. (no rgb spot colours accepted.)
  2. Artwork has 3mm bleed.
  3. Artwork has 4mm space between cutline and text.
  4. Artworks fonts have been embedded or converted to curves (outlines).


  1. Go to the Product you would like to purchase, Click “READ MORE”.
  2. If the specifications suit you and you’re ready to place your order Click “BUY NOW”.
  3. You are now in the CART. Select the quantity of items needed. Click “CHECKOUT”.
  4. You are now in the “Register/Log in” area. If you are a new client you will need to Register. All existing Clients can use their Log In details.
  5. Check your delivery address and Click “NEXT”.

Now to finalise your order:

  1. Chose how you will send the artwork (upload, already sent, will email)
  2. Accept the artwork conditions. This is mandatory, so ONLY after accepting “I Have Read and Accept”, can you proceed to Checkout. Be sure that your design/Artwork is in an accessible file.
  3. If you chose “I wish to Upload my artwork”, browse to the folder on your computer where it is saved and click to upload.
  4. Click “CHECKOUT


  1. You will be redirected to Pay Fast, our payment portal, which is a secure payment system.
  2. Fill in all the necessary info, select you payment method and Finalise payment.

Your order is now registered and paid for.
You will receive an acceptance of order by e-mail together with an expected lead/delivery time.
